On May 25th, 45 minutes before closing Bettina my Confidant met two gold / silver buys at Amadon, North Scottsdale. I had given her the green light for she was $ 36.00 short on making ends meet with her water bill. twice I brought some silver and gold and there logo was always a 25% cut from the Sterling 925 silver spot price. That day the price of silver was $28.50 an ounce. I never believed or fathomed what was to transpire to a person just looking for a fair price. Mark B. quoted her 60 cents a gram which is still more than a 25% cut. It was the ghaul and the audascity of the other buyer knowing Bettina was desperate, interjecting with a flat out lie that 60 cents is for the better sterling silver with turquoise and 41 cents is the rate for plain sterling. It gets better. this guy never states his name and after taking advantage of her desperation and lack of knowledge,Bettina goes home with a receipt that does not include company name, employee name that worked with her only scribbled numbers which we put on file. Our understanding is a 10 day hold on jewelry to make sure there were no police reports filed. scribbled numbers is not a receipt which she asked for for I told her what the price should be, and I believe this act goes beyond unethical to criminal. Who was and is this person . I can take care of the what is this person and easily fill in the blanks. Total premeditated rip off.
