Amalgamated Bank Unprofessional Employees and Management Internet

I paid my line of credit and other loans on time. Management in the credit service department would still report my closed paid in full line of credit and loans I had with Amalgamated Bank. I had contact all 3 credit bureau agency and was told that the original creditors are the only ones to update the information that is being reported to the 3 credit bureau agency. When I contact the original creditor such as Amalgamated bank and provide information that the line of credit and loans were paid in full before going to collection. 

I had pull all 3 credit reports and compare the credit reports showing that Amalgamated Bank was reporting line of credit and loans as "paid as agree" meaning it was being reported as paid on time for the other loans. When question about two items on credit report to Amalgamated Bank they would change all other line of credit and loans that were previous being reported as "paid as agreed" to being late and change account status to "Charge Off". 

I notice that every time I contact credit bureau or Amalgamated Bank about the negative items being report incorrectly. Amalgamated bank would not only change account status from paid as agreed to being charge off and the original last date of payment received to just recently received this year 2013 instead of originally being 2008 or later. 

I find Amalgamated Bank to be unprofessional and truly mean people because they would change things on credit report because I question about the items.
