Ms. Amalia Liapis is a realtor in Vancouver BC Canada. In every transaction Amalia Liapis, will cheat in some sort of manipulative way. She is a deceptive, money-hungrey, unscrupulous animal. I suggest you find someone different then Amalia to do business with, becasue Amalia Liapis is a sneak who has all kinds of tactics up her sleave. If you work for her at any point, you won't last long. You will NOT get paid for any work you do -- but she will see to it She keeps your money (what is owed to you). She puts money before ethics and will Bully you by losing her temper. Amalia should rot in hell becasue she is a Discusting individual.

I am an independent real estate agent with a boutique brokerage -- I do not have employees in my daily work; so this story is false from the start. I have over 30 years experience and countless testimonials from lifelong clients. My record is spotless with RECBC/REBGV. I have no outstanding complaints from either clients, customers or colleagues. I do not know what prompted this anonymous person to make up a false allegation...must be something...maybe they just don't like me...but it is absolutely not anything related to my role as a Realtor nor has it been communicated to me outside of this anonymous, vague and cowardly allegation. You are free to contact me if you would like to clarify -- but somehow I feel that won't be happening. Best Regards.
