Sounds like to me you need to get a private investigator to hunt her down.Once you have her address, you can turn it over to an attorney who does a lot of Family Law and he or she will file a Proof of Paternity Suit.

The judge will be able to order DNA testing!

If you can prove insolvency then you can get a lawyer from legal services. I'm not sure about the laws in Georgia but nearly every state has a legal services agency that will take cases "pro bono" or for as small a fee as possible. You need to get this under control and as soon as that's done you need to file a lawsuit. Most lawyers would do this "pro bono" because there is almost some guarantee of return. I'm not real familiar with child support cases but it would seem to me that this shouldn't be that difficult.

On another note there is something you can do yourself without a lawyer that might produce the desired results. This would be to locate the court in Texas where the child support is distributed. Then you can file, directly with that court, a Motion for Discovery. This is a motion that petitions the court to hear your case and for evidence to be presented against you that you can contest.

There are plenty of online sites that have the form already there for you, you just need to change the names. After you file this motion, and give your side of the story, a hearing will be scheduled and, likely, the judge would order a paternity test if he believes you have good reason to believe you're not the father. The only drawback here is that you might have to travel to Texas or, possibly, it could be handled in the court where you live. Let us know what you find out.

I have tried to stop paying support...and when I get a new job they find me within 1 week. I have now quit my last job and they will find me pretty quick. Anyone know a good lawyer that will take my case "gratis". Then once a DNA test proves that I am not that kids father, we can sue her for the $20K that I have paid for her kids and the lawyer can get paid from that.

Just stop paying support. She will have to come forward and file a complaint and then you have her.

Amanda lives in TX and I live in GA, she told TX that I was the father. I tried to contest it and get a DNA test. TX would not do it because I am here and she named me on the kids birth certificate. TX Child Support enforcement gets paid by grants for all the cases they can collect on. Since they have a man that is out of state and does not have the funds for an attorney, fly to texas or take time off, they refused my request for DNA test and have attached my wages. I request a DNA constantly.

I even had an attorney advise me to request a modification and then appeal so that it would go to a judge...texas refused to even do the modification...why...because I am paying and they don't want to lose their grant. I need an attorney. I requested a public defender since they are charging me with the crime of impregnating the #@$##$ and they refuse. Where are my rights as a tax paying citizen?
