 Wesley Mills and Shane Fellers from AmaX General Contractors took $19,400 for metal materials for my families dream home we were building. They never delivered the metal nor gave us our money back. They quit answering phone calls and emails pretty quickly after getting the money. After my attorney sent them an ultimatum letter, they called me and fed me 1 more lie of delivery. I then filed a criminal case against them, but since they finished up my decking on my roof before they could put metal on, that nullified the criminal side. To have gotten a criminal indictment they had to have "never I intended" to finish the job. Apparently keeping our $19,400 for materials for almost 2 years, not returning my calls or the DA's, their continual history of scamming people out of $$$$$ is not good enough according to our laws. We will pursue them civilly, as I'm sure others have done. They will run, hide, and file bankruptcy to avoid successful civil suits. They know the loopholes to jump through to screw you out of your $$$$. Do not give them any money for anything or you will never see them again. We just don't want this to happen anyone else.
