Amazing Beauty TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AMAZING BEAUTY West Covina California

I ordered online through AMAZON on a fragrance product supplied by Amazing Beauty. I received the product on time but did not get t o open it until 12 days after. I didnt need it at that time since i had other colognes to use. When i opened the product and used it, it was not the same quality as i have used this same product bought from a reputable store, Nordstrom. The fragrance did not stay long on the skin. (Iwas once ripped-off with the same product in West Covina at a fragrance outlet store. It had alcohol in it and was bubbly).

i complained to Amazon and my complaint was forwarded to Amazing Beauty:

"I am not happy at all. I have used this EXACT fragrance product by Hermes bought at Nordstroms, a high end store. YOUR PRODUCT IS A FAKE AND AN IMMITATION OF THE REAL ONE. How do i know? The smell of it does not stay long enough. I know a real one and a fake one! No wonder it is cheap compared to the real thing at $150. You are selling it for half the priceo. I will complain to Amazon to get my money back"

The response from Amazing Beauty is as follows:

"Thank you for your business, and sorry about you are not happy with the item. As we have inform and response you that we are only selling original items. Base on USPS tracking number, the package was delivered on Oct. 13, 2015, and today is Oct 30, 2015, DOES IT NEED 17 DAYS TO FIND THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE ITEM?  Again, we will have our lawyer ready to lawsuit either my vendor or "SOMEONE" claim the item is FAKE, but this is NOT true."

What a response! Threatening me with a lawsuit for complaining rather than investigating? What an a*s!
