My name is Dr. Alan Khiger who purchased a TV marketing prgramm from Dr. Matt Dagetano who promises car accidents patients from his advertisemnet and backs it up with a guarantee that you will get your money back if you will get no business out of it. I than had a direct conversation with the Dr. Dagetano via phone call who assured me that he can't use that phrase in the written contrat that he would return the money back since it't not ethical but would hold his word shall there will be no referalls directed towrds my business of patients who were involved in car accidents. A month and a half went by and ofcoarse there no patients referred from his fraudulent referal service via TV commercial which I have not even seen it. Long story short I told him to return the money back and he is making excuses of using the fact that there is a written contract that indicates that there will be no refunds if it results in 0 referals. Using the email conversations with the credit card comapny I had showed them that he indeed agreed that he will return the money, but the credit card comapny is stating that his contract is written that there would no refund even though the services were not performed and the credit card comapny was warned by me that the deal seemed sour from the get go I do not anticipate getting any business from this TV marketing comaign that is to good to be true.
