He sells DAMAGED ITEMS, USED AND BROKEN when he advertises them as new.
Once the R/C Car I ordered arrived, I realized had broken doors, scratch and dirt and tires I immediatly contacted him about it, and he dared to filed claim with UPS blaming shipping , and they waived him the claim, and will send HIM money for shipping, when it was me who paid for shipping. Then seller will pressure so I close the paypal dispute ( which is worth for nothing anyway because paypal also doesn't protects anyone but them)
Now he won't give exchange, I would have to pay to send the item back AGAIN, in order to recieve a refund, not necesarly full, which it will incur in more economical loss.
Seller will not help to a resolution, neither paypal or ebay. STAY AWAY.
He is a scammer and will keep doing this to people
