We ordered two truck boxes through the Amazon Marketplace -- the seller was BuyAutoTruckAccessories, for a total of over $1100. The shipping containers weren't damaged other than normal freight wear and tear, all the packaging was intact and in good condition, so we signed for them. When we opened up the packaging, including styrofoam at the corners/edges, we found fairly severe damage on both truck boxes on the edges and corners.
BuyAutoTruckAccessories seemed entirely uninterested in addressing these issues from day one. After several months of attempting to resolve this with both them and Amazon, and several "reasons" they couldn't do anything for us, we have been told by Amazon that there is nothing they can do because we signed for the truck boxes as received undamaged. I am convinced that this is their final answer.
Over $1100 spent and neither Amazon nor BuyAutoTruckAccessories are willing to do a single thing.
