09/18/2005 , I gave amazon autos 4000.00 cash as a down payment on 2007 Escalade EXT.

09/19/2015 , I returned that morning to pick up truck but was told they could not find the problem so they sent to a auto auction,

so I said I would like my down payment back ,I was told no refund but they had the same truck at another dealer ship and would get it shipped to Houston.

09/26/2015 ,I came in to let Habib know I had fell at work and might not be able to buy truck but ' I ask him to give me until tuesday to get MRI results he said ok,[I recorded the whole conversation]

09/29/2015 , I came back in to see Habib and before I could tell him my results, he tells me Monday [09/28/2015] another dealership wanted the truck so they gave it to them.

09/28/2015 I had enough I ask again for my money back, was told by Habib there is no refund and if they did give me a refund I would be charged 5times 800.00 for 5 auto auctions they went to looking for a truck ,my respond was you never said anything about a auction.which means I owe them 4000.00 for going to look for me a truck.

I said to him it cleanly said on receipt on nonrefund on vehicle listed below, and that's the truck that went to auction,and I am going to find me a lawyer, and walked outside, he followed me outside and said where is the keys for the loaner car? I said on your desk then he said go get them and put them in my hand are I am going to report this car stolen.I went back inside and got keys and went sat on the sidewalk almost in tears.

About 20 minutes later while I was satting on sidewalk someone came and got me and said the sales manger wanted to talk to me.

[I don't know the law but if I did I would have went home with nothing]

but I went to talk to the manger when I went in his office he said I had 2 choices

1,,, loss 4000.00 dollars because they are going to charge me 4000.00 for them searching for me a car .5 times 800.00 dollars, that's was their way of saying you giving us 4000.00 for looking for you a car.

2,, go out on the lot and choose a car because you not getting your down payment back.so I was force to buy a car I cleanly did not want.

So I end up getting a 2008 cst with 135.000 miles and they backdated the whole contract to 09/18/2015 /but I signed the contract on 09/29/2015 and after I sign the contract this guys tell me the 1st payment is due 10/02/2015 that's in 4 days .I just looked at him my fiancé had to beg him to give me more time, I have never heard of a person buying a use car and the 1st payment is due in 4 days, that's how they was handling me.

10/17/2015 I called the dealership and talked to Andews to try and work something out because I was wrongly done,and my next step was a lawyer he agreed to talk to me and try and get me another truck at the price I was promised ,I was told to come in monday and we will work on it ,I said to him, do I need to call are just come? he said called just in case he was running late,but he said he would be there, I said ok and got off phone .I called

10/19/2015 he was not there yet.

10/20/2015 he was at lunch will call me back.

10/21/2015 he was in a meeting

all 3 times I left my number and was told be would call me back,

no call, bottom line I been had.
