This report is going to be in spanish.  El dia jueves 15 de noviembre me llegò una notificaciòn a mi celular del banco que me habìan sacado de mi tarjeta de credito $132.69 de Amazon Prime.  Yo nunca he tenido una tarjeta de Amazon Prime y nunca la he solicitado.  Busquè en google el nùmero de Amazon y el nùmero que apareciò fue el 1-877-574-1974 quien me atiende dice que es de Amazon en que pueden ayudarme.  Les explico lo ocurrido y que nunca he solicitado una tarjeta de Amazon Prime.  Me habla una persona que dice llamarse Nick y me dice que tengo que ir a un Walgreens y comprar una tarjeta de Google Play para ellos poder ayudarme a devolverme mi dinero a mi cuenta y donde màs seguro es por Google Play y me dijo por la cantidad de $100.00 dòlares y que en dos minutos iba a recibir mi dinero.  Comprè la tarjeta y le di el nùmero que me pidiò.  Luego me dijo que tenìa que dialogar con una persona llamada Valentin porque me iba ayudar para obtener el dinero.  Valentìn me dice que habìa un problema de seguridad, problema de hackers y que era necesario que comprara otra tarjeta por $100.00 dòlares para proteger que mi cuenta llegara el dinero..  Me dice que de Chicago utilizaron mi tarjeta por Amazon.  Comprè otra tarjeta por otros $100.00 de google play.  Fueron 200.00 dòlares que me sacaron y que en cinco minutos recibirìa el dinero a mi tarjeta.  Valentin me dijo que le diera el numero y que en cinco minutos me llamaba para reenviar todo el dinero.  al No recibir el dinero de inmediato procedo a llamar al mismo nùmero y me contesta otra persona y me dice que para poderme ayudar tengo que ir algùn lugar a comprar otra tarjeta por $300.00 dòlares y ahì me percato que fui extorcionada.  El dinero nunca me llegò a mi cuenta.  Llamè a Amazon en español que me saliò ese numero y me dice Josè quien me atendiò que fui estafada y que jamàs Amazon trabaja de esa manera.  Amazon procediò a cancelar la suscripciòn falsa y stop payment  y me enviaron un email.  Fui a la Policìa del lugar donde vivo en Puerto Rico (Humacao) e hice una querella por fraude.  Nùmero de querella 2018-4-036 8317. 

Mi banco pudo recuparar los $132.69 a mi cuenta solamente eso. 

Llamè a Google Play referente a esta situaciòn me dijeron que tenìa que hacer un reporte con ellos para las autoridades el cual lo hice y el nùmero de caso es 3-3988000024035 y me enviaron un email confirmando el mismo.   Esperando que me puedan ayudar con esta situaciòn.  Tengo grabado el mensaje de ellos cuando me hablaron.   

On Thursday, November 15, I received a notification to my cell phone of the bank that I had taken from my credit card $ 132.69 Amazon Prime. I have never had an Amazon Prime card and I have never asked for it. I searched in Google the number of Amazon and the number that appeared was 1-877-574-1974 who answered me says it is Amazon that can help me. I explain what happened and that I have never requested an Amazon Prime card. A person who calls himself Nick speaks to me and tells me that I have to go to a Walgreens and buy a Google Play card so they can help me return my money to my account and where it is more secure by Google Play and he told me by the amount of $ 100.00 dollars and that in two minutes I was going to receive my money. I bought the card and gave him the number he asked for. Then he told me that he had to talk to a person called Valentin because he was going to help me get the money. Valentin tells me there was a security problem, hacker problem and that it was necessary to buy another card for $ 100.00 dollars to protect my account from reaching the money .. He tells me that from Chicago they used my card for Amazon. I bought another card for another $ 100.00 from Google Play. They were 200.00 dollars that took me out and that in five minutes I would receive the money to my card. Valentin told me to give him the number and that in five minutes he would call me to resend all the money.

When not receiving the money immediately I proceed to call the same number and another person answers me and tells me that in order to help me I have to go somewhere to buy another card for $ 300.00 dollars and there I realize that I was extorted. The money never came to my account. I called Amazon in Spanish and that number came out to me and Josè told me that he told me that I was cheated and that Amazon never works that way. Amazon proceeded to cancel the false subscription and stop payment and they sent me an email. I went to the Police of the place where I live in Puerto Rico (Humacao) and filed a complaint for fraud. Complaint number 2018-4-036 8317.

My bank was able to recover the $ 132.69 to my account just that.

I called Google Play regarding this situation they told me that I had to make a report with them for the authorities which I did and the case number is 3-3988000024035 and they sent me an email confirming it. Hoping you can help me with this situation. I have recorded their message when they spoke to me.
