Amberopyions.com, a Binary broker owes me $2000.00 USD of funding which I placed into a new account opened by me on the recommendation of Richard Morrison of getrichinseconds.com also known as Richard-Server, because he claimed that Amberopyions were his preffered broker to operate his automated trading software on.

I had a few emails from a support guy from amberoptions called Paul Kowakski who pressured me to increase my account from my initial deposit of $500. I then deposited another $1500.00 into the account from my credit card because this Paul guy said that it would trade more frequently with a much higher balance.

The bot did not trade very well at all and a great deal of money was lost, certainly not as advertised in the webinar that I had watched.I had my concerns and decided to contact Amber Options to withdraw my funds and clopse the account. 2 withdrawal requests were placed with about 3 days between them but even though the site and email confirmations said they were submitted, nothing was done. After a while I found on the site that my refunds were cancelled so I placed another refund request for my $2000.00. I have still yet to see an email confirmation of my request or any action taken to return my funds.

I have sent emails to support outlining that if I don't see my return of funds that I will contact the ACCC and Fair Trading here in Australia, which I haven't done yet, but still no return of funds or contact.

I logged out of the Amberoptions.com website so as to not allow the auto trader to trade on my account but it did, without my permission and lost more more money. Seeing that it appeared that I had been scammed, I made sure I asked for a complete total of my funds deposited ($2000.00)n ven after the bot had reduced my account size without me knowing it.

I still have not yet heard back from amberoptions.com and am gravely concerned that my money has been swindled away.

Update to Amber Options Ripoff report.

AUTHOR: cre8ivsteve - ()

POSTED: Saturday, July 05, 2014

I am the original author of this report and I wish to update what has happened since my report.

I have since had contact with Matthew Parker - Customer Relations Manager for Amber Options who was very helpful and understanding and promised to have my deposited funds returned to my Credit Card very soon, which they now have been.

The major problem that I felt  with this situation was the third party software that was linked to my trading account from GetRichInSeconds (Richard Morrison and team) which is a total waste of time an money and I have ex-communicated myself from them and certainly will not recommend them.

Still not very happy with the lack of communication from Amber Options except for Matthew Parker who demonstrated his ability in my view to grasp the problem at hand and solve it. Thank you for that.

Rebuttal from Amber Options

Hi,

First of all, I'm really sorry about the problems you've had with Amber Options. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we'd like to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Secondly, I'd like to point out that 'Get Rich In Seconds' is a standalone auto-trading application that was developed by a 3rd party company, but we're not the ones to be blamed for its performance. Please contact the software developer for support.

Moreover, the only reason the customer did not recieve his money back already is his lack of decisiveness - as quoted below:

And please email me at matthew @ amberoptions.com and we'll proccess your withdrawal right away.
