Ambrosina Skin Care Cream SMWHEALTH, LLC SMWHEALTH SMWEYESERUM My husband saw an ad stating Ambrosina skin care cream and eye serum was being called a Miracle Cream on Shark Tank and just netted the Biggest Deal in History for Korean Sisters Skin Care on Shark Tank's Anti Aging Product Episode. The ad went into great length as to the outstanding effectiveness of the creams and that they were so convinced that everyone trying it would agree it was hands down the best skin care cream they were giving away samples for only S&H $4.97. My husband thought I would like to try it so he paid the S&H of $4.97 for a sample of the Ambrosina skin cream & $4.97 for a sample of the eye serum.  The website had nothing listed about any additional charges nor was there any notice of auto shipping or subscriptions.

Two weeks after receiving the samples our credit card was charged $89.97 twice for a total of $179.94.  No additional products had been received other than the two samples.  My husband called the company listed on our credit card charge (SMWHEALTH.COM & SMWEYESERUM.COM) he was placed on hold for over 20 minutes, then when he finally spoke with someone he was disconnected (he believes intentionally hung up on), he had to call back and be placed on hold for another 15 minutes before someone took his call.  He explained the situation and they tried to say he already used the samples and that was the charge.  He firmly told them that this was fraud and that they were to credit his account back for every dime or he was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General department for Consumer affairs and every other agency he could find.  They then tried to barter with him saying they would drop the price to $69.00 each and then finally all the way down to $19.99 each.

My husband refused all the ridiculous offers and demanded his account be fully credited and again stated that this was fraud.  Additionally, after this entire fiasco, he did some more research and discovered the entire story about the cream being on Shark Tank and Shark Tank investing in their product was also a scam - This product has never been featured on Shark Tank.  SMWHEALTH finally agreed to refund the $179.94 but said it would tank 10 days - this is probably far from over.
