Ameircan Mint stated that I was indigent on paying for the Commemorative coins of Donald Trump Mechanicsburg PA

 From the beginning in  Jan. 23 2018, I had orderd the coins for $79.95 but if you schatch'd off the  tickrt on the net page you might either save $20.00or  match 2stares save $40.00 on the order, then if your lucky and match all 3 symbols and get your coins for free.  A $79.95.  You had to send it in before 10day's.  Well of course I sent it in the next day. I sent in a money order for $9.90, that was for the coin's plus shipping , handling charges. If I did yhat they also would send me a Trump watch.  This all needed to be sent with in 10 days, I did .  Recieved coins but no watch.  No big deal sense I still only paid the $9.90.About a month later received statment for $79.95. Call'd next dayto get it taken care of.  Thought I had untill 30 day's later another bill came, called again.on the phone at least an hour.   That wasn't a very good conversation.so he said he would have his boss talk to me. 

Explain'd again  told me they never had this problem He went over and over about how I needed to send the coins back and the watch.  I said that I nevert got the watch,at that point he more or less call'd me a lier, this never happend before, he started  repeating over again.inally I was going to get a paper to sign and had to explain what happened.  Then some one would look at it and decied .  After about a month, got another letter stating send them the money or there would be a late fee.  Again I called, and of course you don't get the same person.went threw every thing again, this time the guy said if I was sure about not getting the watch, if he said it once he said it three times.He also told me again that each package is check'd over and over again to make sure every thing was there, that's when I said well I guess we all make mistakes.  He wasn't to pleasent to talk to either. 

Told him I don't have the watch and told him all that I have done plus scratching off the ticket to see if I won.  Which I did.  Also mention'd to him abouut the scraching of the ticket. and what it had said.  Still didn't believe me.  Any way this has been going on way to long.  They promised me that all I needed to do is fill out a forme and mail it and it would be taken care of.  I did what they had ask'd and I even wrote a letter explaining what went wrong.  Again got a letter yesturday saying the same thing all over again.  I have had to make out 2-3 papers on what happened.  I'm not doing it again.  (that is if I don't have to)  Please HELP  I felt so good that I thought I had really won some thing for once.  Then this all started in January of 2018.  Thank You
