True Stories

AUTHOR: Diane - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 25, 2009

Anonymous in Orlando wrote " everybody has the right to tell their story....especially when they feel that they have been 'Rip-Off', taken advantage of or scam." Are there not two sides to every story? They DO NOT have the right to make defamatory statements, which are damaging, false statements of fact. Not everybody will make this program a success. They open the box and expect money to fall out. This takes time and effort PERIOD. Everybody who writes these blogs have gotten their money back so why are they still writing these blogs? Ameraco did what any good company, who is trying to keep an untarnished rating, would do and that is refund dissatisfied locaters, who by the way are dissatisfied for 1 of thousands of reasons from simply being lazy to something happened in their life that will now make it impossible to work the program.

Property locating

AUTHOR: Diane - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 24, 2009

Ameraco is a company that teaches ordinary people how to locate property per an Investor criteria. Is Ameraco supposed to be responsible for the people who don't follow the program, don't want to listen, say I want to do it my way just get the deal out there, who lie on submissions, who threaten homeowners, who are lazy, who read the program and say I just don't feel like doing this, the list goes on and on. Prime example of a refund waiting to happen (which Ameraco deals with on a regular basis) Ameraco trusts what a locator says on a submission form. This is an actual email from an Investor in CA, who caught a locator in a lie. This locator was told by Ameraco to have at least one written repair bid before submitting the deal. Locater said "I don't want to go around looking for a free quote". So they lied on the form and said they had one. Said repairs would be $6,000. Here is what the Investor said in the email to Ameraco;
I am intimately familiar with this property. It's full retail value after repairs is very close to $130K. It needs in the neighborhood of $16k-$20k in repairs, upgrades, carpet and paint. I THINK YOU GUYS NEED TO CHECK VALUE A LITTLE MORE CAREFULLY IF YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME
I guess this locator may want a refund because her credibility is shot in the eyes of this Investor, who by the way is local to her. Ameraco gets the deals out to Investors and THEY make the determination on whether or not it's a good deal. Bottom line...The Investors are there to look at your deals. It's up to YOU on how good they are
