Ameralink.corp ripoff Deceptive fraudulent New York New York

A rep from this company called our office, spoke to me, indicated the call might be recorded, and stated she had received notice we wished to cancel our service with Ameralink and asked for the mailing address for the final invoice.

I gave the address. When Finance received the bill, they questioned it. Research determined we had no contract with this firm and had not used their service.
I requested a copy of the signed contract and was told there wasnt a signed contract that there was a verbal contract wit ME over the phone. I said that is not how we did business and we would not pay the amount due without a copy of a contract signed by someone in our agency. The rep said she would cancel the bill, but has called me twice since, asking when to expect payment.
