You will find that most

reviews about AmerAssist that you find on this site, as well as other sites

(Better Business Bureau, Angieslist, etc.), are absolutely true. They are all

correct in stating that AmerAssist is a company that will guarantee you a VERY BAD

EXPERIENCE and a couple Nightmares.

Do business with them, and you'll wish for a Time Machine. With

that being said, here's my story:

AmerAssist A/R Solutions Inc. promotes themselves as being

able to "solve your cash flow challenges related to aging accounts

receivable".  As a current client of

AmerAssist A/R Solutions Inc., I find that very difficult to believe.  In fact, after just speaking with one of

their representatives (Mr. Sean Schultz), I was flatly told that aged accounts

have a much lower likelihood of being retrieved by his company.  I found this to be in direct contrast with

the company's above claim, and challenged Mr. Schultz's statement by asking if

the performance (or lack thereof) of his company could have been a larger

factor.  At this mere question, Mr.

Schultz proceeded to become very agitated, raise his voice in the most unprofessional

manner, and partially run out of breath in an effort to overtalk my concerns

and steamroll my question.

In my company, this troublesome act by itself, would

necessitate immediate corrective action, retraining and/or dismissal. As a business

owner, I would NEVER allow the simple presentation of a question to jar my

professional foundation (or that of my employees) to the point that I was berating

one of my customers, simply because I was uncomfortable or because I did not

have an appropriate answer.

Additionally, I have been loathe to discover after spending

considerable amounts of money, that this is not just a Sean Schultz problem and

that AmerAssist A/R Solutions Inc. itself is not a reputable company.  They are a Deceptive, Misleading, Get you on

their hook, Spin you around in circles when you have a concern type of company(?).  They have zero incentive to actually do the

work they promise for the entire first year, and only start their efforts after

the first year, as it is then that they become entitled to keep HALF of any

profits that they may collect for you.

It's actually a very elegant scam.

That is, until the Federal comes running.  Stay away from this company at all costs.

Needless to say, I will be terminating my businesses

involvement with them on all levels, immediately.
