I am a small business that has been struggling with the terrible economy.  I decided to contact Amerassist to try a get a handle on the expenses.  At first they were very attentive until you were signed up - after that forget it.  They have taken money out of my account but haven't paid anyone.  I have been told by some of the people I owe money to that their proposed settlements are extremely low and that they can never get in contact with them either.  I have spoken to an attorney and he said they are a scam.  I need to get my money back. The whole reason why I contacted them in the first place was because I couldn't afford to pay now not only do they have $16,000 of my money but I have to get a lawyer to get this resolved. They need to be stopped!
