Ameri-Source Publications Fraudulent billing ripoff Champlain New York

I have been getting invoices and now past due notices from Ameri-Source Publications for $299.95. I spoke with them on the phone once and they told me that our company had paid an installment for their directory already. I did some research and our company had issued no checks to them nor have we ever requested such services. I found Ripoffreport.com and found Ameri-Source Publications in your reports. I have called Ameri-Source and had to leave a message telling them I would not pay them and I expect to have a call back from them demanding payment.
