America Auto Care LLC sell extended vehicle service contracts for vehicles and partner up with some of the top administrators that actually pay the claims that are backed by an insurance company. This allows them to act as a liaison between the client and the insurance company. Kylie Britt stated the following about her company, "we handle the day to day service if the customer has questions about their policy we don’t actually approve or deny the claims that is 100% on the administrator."
Leads for America Auto Care LLC are primarily obtained through opt-in forms located online. Jesse Britt proceeded to explain the sales and services process for a potential client, "I train all my reps to make sure they have an attitude of service. To really take responsibility and speak to people with integrity. Make sure that we offering them a product that satisfies their needs. And if for some reason if we are not able to then we have to explain why. My whole concept is we are here to help. Short sweet and to the point. However, we have to figure it out to try to help them out we want to make sure that when they get the policy they are 100% satisfied. We take time to educate them, inform them, and spend as much time as necessary with them so they really understand what they are getting. What happens number 1 is after we run the payment and they agree to what has been disclosed to them we do send them an email confirmation of their payment also we send them confirmation of how they can view their policy online. Within 7 to 10 business days, they will actually get a physical hard copy mailed to their home address or whatever mailing address they decided for the policy to be sent to."
CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – AMERICA AUTO CARE
Ms. Britt was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Ms. Britt explained that sometimes customers will be unhappy if you file a claim and the administrator denies it for a non-covered part or a preexisting condition. When an issue like this arises America Auto Care LLC, "we do everything in our power to help them understand why. We go through a draft and we sell the policy and we actually have an internal quality assurance department that goes over all the terms and conditions with them and lets them know they have a 30 day 1,000-mile waiting time. They also have 30 days to review the coverage because they do have the right to a 100% refund in the first 30 days. Most people that are upset is if they do get that policy and then they never really look at it and as much as we go over it people are going to retain 10% of what you tell them."
When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Ms. Britt expressed that the reports on Ripoff Report are false or have been remedied by American Auto Care. In order to further assure future and current clients, "We are on the BBB we have an A- on BBB. We have also partnered up with Consumer Affairs. So what we do every month is we send them a random selection of 75 of our customers and they call them as a 3rd party just to get their...its a survey to see how they like us and how their business interaction was with us. We have 4 and a half stars and every once in a while we will get a one or a two. Most of the one stars we have been able to rebuttal those. It is usually factual basis uncertain. People just throw comments out there that aren’t really true and we document everything here. And sometimes we get people who are a 3 or 4 star and on those, we reach out to the customer just to see how we can do better. We use it as a tool to see what our customers think of us and how we can get better. We take the positive and the negative in this."
When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to making things right with the consumer per the request for Ripoff Report, Ms. Britt expressed that they are now partnered with DNC compliance, "we have a registered sans number a subscription it is a really easy service. So if we do try to bring on a new lead source the first thing we do is scrub that file and we found that even if it is a form filler."

VERY SHORT AND SWEET:
1. The officer Kylie Britt of America Auto Care, LLC in 1111 SE Federal Hwy Ste 128, Stuart FL 34994 is using their company or a fraudulent telemarketing company that is cold calling and robo calling people to try to quickly qualify them for a warranty service
2. The reps will hang up on you on the spot when you make them aware you know this is not real or that you are on to them
3. When asked about their address they will continuously tell you it is impossible to know their address location
4. They are going by different names and will wash their hands easily. They will claim they are selling for another company called Independent Dealer Group or Independent Tire Dealer Group LLC.
5. When I found out this kind of information, they have blocked all of my calls and are no longer taking calls from my number

If you have been bullied, harrassed, humiliated, or scammed by these people, please post your reports. My number is on a DNC list and they just continue to call me no matter what, after 1.5 years asking them to remove me, I am fed up and my lawyer has sufficient information documented to start a class action lawsuit.
Please feel free to post other phone numbers, emails or companies they are using because they will continue doing the same thing over and over.
