AOL told me I owe $135.00 for subscribing to AOL. I sign up the last part of April, 2005. I was suppose to get six months for free. They told me I only got two months for free. I bought my computer from Del in April 2005. That was my first computer I ever own.Del told me I get six months of AOL for free. I cancelled my AOL subscription before the free six months was over. They charged the amount to my VISA card. AOL called me on September 8th, 2005 saying I owe the money. And will charge it to my VISA card. I tried to explained to the woman on the phone that I got six months for free and do not owe any money. Her ID number is 5143. How can I get the amount off of my VISA card and get back the money? Please help me. I tried to contact AOL on the internet and I can't find the right site or a Email address for AOL.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Contact both Visa and the AOL Fraud Department

I would suggest that you contact the Fraud Department at AOL and your Credit Card Company about this billing of error.
Also, write a letter of dispute to AOL and to your credit card company.
This should help out.
