America On Line Forget About Refund These People Should Be Taken To Court Internet

Three months ago, I called to cancel my AOL account. A nice young man had confirmed my cancelation and told me that in 24 hours I should access my account again in order to confirm this action by responding back to an e-mail that he sent to me.

I did that not knowing that by accessing my account after it has been cancelled it will actually re-activate it again (found that out today).

I had not paid attention to my bank account statements for a few months and, after three months, I noticed that I was missing some money from it. After reviewing the account on the Internet, I noticed that I was being charged $23.95 for AOL that I had not used for the past three months.

I called the AOL today and I was told by "Mico" that my account was never cancelled and that she will be "happy to do it for me today." I asked her about refunding my money for the past three months because I had not used my account and assumed it to be canceled. She said that the account was never cancelled and this will not be possible.

I will call my bank next week and see if they can help me get the money back. This is outrageous and ridiculous.

Someone should take action against these people for good.
