AMERICA ONLINE ripoff AOL STILL CONTINUES TO STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMER'S LAKELAND INTERNET

AMERICA ONLINE IS STILL IN THE BUSINESS OF RIPPING OFF THE VERY CUSTOMERS THAT FEED THEIR FACE.
With their sneeky ways of billing one must 1: pay via checking account auto withdraw, 2: pay useing a credit card, or 3: pay useing Bright House.

I have paid them over fourteen times from March of 2003 to present and heaven knows how much before.
I checked my credit card and saw the many times I was billed and when I called Discover Card they put my complaint on hold, then three months later added it back in saying AOL was correct.

Then as I switched over to automatic checking withdraw I wrote and called them telling them not to use my checking account for I changed to Bright House. I copied the online customer service rep's talk with me and with both who I spoke to told me two different stories.
I spoke with Bright House and they told me that after they take over AOL cannot charge any other account anywhere.

On October 20th, 2003 closeing date I paid Bright House and on Nov.4th low and behold another bill was taken our of my checking account after the first rep told me they did not have any account number on there files.
The first month was to be free in December of 2002 as we changed from roadrunner to broadband but I was charged ten bucks more for dial up. Why would we want dial up if we already had cable?

I called AOL many times and each time I was told a different story and all times I was hung up on.
I know of many many people who have been ripped off by AOL and I want to say if all of you reading this has this internet company watch out! They lie, steal, and for some reason nothing ever happens to them.
Just like all big companies, shhh, it must be the soft money thing, nothing is done.

No matter who one complains to, know matter how damageing it may be, they still get away with it.
We are all tired of being ripped off and one day the tables will turn so watch out you greedy creep's, what goe's around (WILL) come around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
