America Servicing Company Would not accept a Short Sale Frederick Maryland

ASC bought our loan from Ocwen Loan Servicing Company. We were current on our mortgage until we decided to move to our new home in a new city. We contacted ASC told them we werent able to afford the payments and we had the house on the market. We posted the house on craigslist and had a possible buyer an investor who wanted to buy the house. After alot of run around with the ASC company the investor was getting fustrated. We were then told to make it faster for us to do a short sale. Well we tried that too with back and forth of sending different paper work to ASC the investor short sale specialist was told the bank refused any offer. Well they kept saying we were late with our payments and now they are foreclosing on the house instead of letting us sell it to get it paid for and settled.

This company shouldnt even be in business. Customer Service is a bunch of wack jobs who are sometimes even hard to get a hold of. You cant even talk to just one person like you can with some companies. And everyone you talk to gives you a different response. The Govt needs to step in with companies like this and help the american people from being hurt by this.
