 After receiving a fax with a heading claiming to be from the HR Department of my employer, I called and booked a vacation package that was advertised. The sales representative also offered improvements to the package which I agreed to. The cost came up to $450 which was charged on the visa credit card of my girlfriend Camila Marte. I used her card with her authorization in hopes to receive the vacation package which was advertised to be claimable within 18 months of purchase. Since that date I have not received any contact information. I was told that the booking process would be provided online and that I could select dates through "vacation activation.com" which is a non existent web address. The transaction took place on August 17th of 2016. Following the failed attempts to book my vacation online I found ripoffreport.com and saw that the same memo which I received via fax was reported on the website.
