While trying to save money I purchased insurance from this company... WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! Who knew that within 4 months of being insured with this company I would lose my car to a car jacker who abandoned my stripped car a day later. They stole the car on August 14, 2015. Today is March 7, 2016 and in one week it will make 6 months that I have been without my vehicle. American Access has dodged phone calls, e-mails and even lied to Texas Department of Insurance, evaded a BBB compliant and now is threatening to have my vehicle "disposed" if I fail to give authorization for work based on their estimate which includes substandard parts replacing those which were stolen. They are not allowing me to use my own reputable service center but forcing me to use their own provider who happens to NOT be BBB registered or listed and I can locate no information.
Long story short... My car was stolen and now it is being stolen again...
