American Access Casualty Insurance Run Around on Claims, Adjuster do not Return Phone Calls. Nationwide

Simple online search seems to reveal this insurance company to be a scam. In my own case I was hit by one of their insured on 10/8/15. 10 days later they inspected my car and advised I should hear back from them within 3 days. 8 days later and I still have not heard from them. I call the adjuster daily, several times per day. He never picks up the phone. Sometimes I wait on hold for up to 45 minutes, I leave multiple messages per day, no return phone call. 

I called the corporate number today to inquire since my adjuster has gone mia. They claim they have been unable to verify my story with the insured. I have provided police report, the other driver was ticketed and found to be at fault. But apparently if the insured just does not pick up the phone I am screwed, driving around town in a busted car. No one from this company has bothered to contact me at all.
