   These statements re: American Advanced Academy & their owners are False and Unsubstantiated. The author has malicious intent and inviting a defamation lawsuit. She is a desparate real estate agent, recently divorced, and mother of a problematic child who was suspended from her own school for violence, undisclosed to us at the time of admissions. Her PROBLEMATIC daughter attended the Academy back in 2006 and was also suspended for violating school rules multiple times.

   Since then, the author has been harassing the owners of the Academy with phone threats, frivolous lawsuits that she lost 3 times in a row, nasty emails, and other destructive actions. In addition, she has made false accusations to the IRS, Fire Department, Sheriff Office and other authorities but all resulted in a clean slate for the Academy.

   The authors complaint is full of lies, false statements and inaccuracies to once more, justify a refund on a NO Refund Policy. The truth lies as follows:

1. There is a NO REFUND policy. She had read, agreed and signed the contract. The NO REFUND policy is discussed fully to all applicants and clearly stated in at least 3 formal document : on the registration form, on the school policy manual and student handbook

2. The authors daugther was suspended from our Academy for 1 week because she posted a safety threat to other students at the Academy. She said she would beat them up just like the way she beat up her other student in her regular school. (She was suspended for the same cause. They didnt disclose the incident to us until she had to disclose it in court later and only when asked by the Presiding Judge Case No.: SCC # 105455)

3. We had offered her a settlement closed to the full amount. She didnt want to settle but want double the money that she paid and went to court instead.

4. She lost her court case and tried to appeal

5. She lost her appeal and used different reasons and tries to sue again Case No. : SCC #105779

6. She lost again.

7. She made telephone threats that, this is only the beginningI will get you!

8. In addition, she has harassed us continuously by calling and making false and libelous complaint to the Better Business Bureau. BBB investigated and found no wrong business practice. She fabricated stories and complained out of anger.

9. She complained to the Fire Department that we had 50 to 60 kids packed in a dark room with no heat and light. The San Mateo Fire Department came out a few times and found all room are well ventilate, bright with good heating & cooling system.

10. Now, she complained to you.. This is definitively, a PERSONAL VENDATTA, misusing public interest for her own selfish unwarranted and unsubstantiated time-wasting battles.

1. CREATING MEANINGFUL JOBS Provide employment for a group of dedicate directors, instructors, managers and other professionals who want to Make a Difference in Education & Life.

2. MARINE TRAINING PROGRAM Since beginning 2007, we have provided teaching and workshop for some church member to get ready for the Marine Entrance Exam. Classes are schedule from 9am to 12 noon on Mon, Wed and Thur. We have not charged church member any fee to participate this training program

3. NO KIDS FALL BEHIND AAA has help the San Mateo County students improved their STAR scores and with their home work. We provide a learning environment for kids to do their homework and move ahead in their study. Homework Center is open from end of school day to 5:30 pm. The Homework Center is staffed with members of the Faculty to provide appropriate and motivational coaching, advise and general help.

4. TEENS COUNSELING The professional staff at AAA provides teens counseling to those who need them. They often serve as a big bother or sister to help teens resolve issues that bothers children at that age. AAA provides a nurturing environment for teens to be comfortable to discuss sensitive topics. AAA also provides a Home Away From Home for children during break up of families due to divorces, death and other causes. The Center provides stability and unconditional love to the needy.

5.. FIRST AID TRAINING Each summer, AAA invests personal time to provides First Aid Training through State Certified Trainers for the local community. AAA arranges and hosts these events to better educate the community of the importance of providing competence life-saving aids to those that needs them. After successful completion of these State-Officiated First Aid classes and training, participant will be first-aid trained and ready to service the community at large.

6. FIRE SAFETY & CHILDREN PROTECTIVE SERVICES For the safety of the kids, we provide regular safety education/drills in collaboration with the local Fire Department and the Police Department. In addition, the Academy has provided transportation for students who need rides home from their school, especially for those have missed their ride home. This way, kids are escorted home safely.
