American Auto Relocation Professionals are sweet as can be until you sign the contract Haynesville Virginia

I called American Auto Relocators because they were one of the lowest quotes and spoke to Diane who answered right away and was sweet as can be. (what a joke). I went with them to have my van moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. I asked her again to make sure there was no problem for them to pick up the van October 15th before I signed and gave a deposit of 150.00. She reassured me not a problem and someone would call 24 hours ahead of time. Well October 15th went by and no call. I called only to have Diane get rude and tell us per dot they have 30 days to deliver. Over a two week period my father and I made several more calls. Only to be given a number for a driver (supposedly) but no one ever answered the phone and to be treated rudly like we owed them something. We also had a terrible time getting through on the phone half the time no one would pick up. Well it came to Thanksgiving when we finally got them again for Diane to say we had to cancel we couldn't follow through. I made sure I stressed to Diane we did not cancel she said I know we had to and that we were not paying an additional fee and would be refunded the whole 150.00. She said yes. Then I receive a email saying were being charged a 75.00 fee for cancellation and 30.00 chargeback fee. While this was all going on I went online to find all the other people the same thing happened to. Oh yes and there responses which I am sure they will do to this complaint were all the people were lying and nothing of this happened. Well I have to say is if anyone would like to join me in a civil suit please call me at (((ROR REDACTED))). This company needs to be stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
