American Banbers Insurance company of Florida Assurant specialty Property Total Rippoff,Fraud,I sufferd massive loss due to leak in my apartment.I lost everything..They wasted my 3 months and denied my claim. Miami Florida Nationwide

                            Fraud.I call them DDD Dealy,Defend,Deny claims company

I have auto policy with Geico I am very Happy with it. On geico's website they offered me renters insurance also which I bought in 2016.I thought it was by geico but I was wrong until I suffered  a massive loss in 2017.

I filed claim # 00102138963 . Few days later someone from Assurant called me  and sent an adjuster. He took photos and noted loss items.

few days later A adjuster name Healy and Tina Brovo called me from American Bankers insurance Company of Florida to send in living expense summery.

I did whatever they needed.

 Days later they called me again saying copies are not clear send again did that.

2 weeks later Healy calls me again to send each individual receipt of food I been eating out .I did that

2 month worth food receipts x 3 times a day.

Month later she calls me again by saying that since I bought this policy online there was an important question I answered wrong.therfore they are not paying my claim. this policy should have not been issued. Sorry.

I need group of people who were denied claims to bring action lawsuit against this 

I have no problem with geico its just the  reinsurer GEICO  uses without checking companies soundness and fair practices.

I will write Insurance commissioners swell to check American Bankers insurance company of Florida business and ethical practices.
