I had a walk-in tub by MED-I-TUB installed. The installers were friendly and efficient(3 days). A few small flaws, one big one.  The spa pump failed immediately, but repaired quickly. A few tile came loose, the inside handle to the door loosened, Not enough calking at the tub, none around the toilet. The gate valve that changes flow of water from shower to tub is plumbed wrong, The shower head holder was installed too high(you can't use it.) The "organization" that installed the tub is called AMERICAN BATHROOMS, and the on-line add claims that the tubs are American made. but obviously, are CHINESE! The owner? manager?  claims to have a problem with his employees and cannot comprehend an answer for the problems that I have addressed. In other words, that guarantee i gave you is not worth the paper it's written on. Note; This is not the end, I will be in touch with RIPOFF REPORT SHOULD THERE BE ANY CHANGE. RW
