I registered on there website.  They said I received a $250,000 benefit from the IRS. A bill pay program from 2009 from the IRS. They sent me an invoice by mail and in the email.  The email tell you to send a blank money order to the IRS in Washington DC, while the actual company is located in Burbank.  I sent a blank money order to Washington DC, for a up front fee of $140 and 8% IRS taxes.  They  took my money order but I never got any benefit. They were suppose to pay me $1000, or the IRS was to send me a check in the mail, but that never happened.  I even waited for the due date, but they don't pay on time, so your bill never gets paid. The IRS doesn't work with 3rd parties, so who are these people.  They need to be investigated by the FBI. They asked me to cancel my account, since I complained about my overdue bill payment. They are a rippoff.

RE: The company did not get my bill paid

AUTHOR: American - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, August 09, 2018

This customer recently registered with American Bill Aid and we have no records indicating that the customer made the payment to the IRS. The customer emailed our Customer Service department with allegations of fraud against our company. We informed the customer that the payment takes 5-12 business days to be processed.

After checking the customer's account, we noticed that the customer is referring to the due date of the payment for the tax debt and that this complaint is registered before the processing time of the tax debt mailed (if any).

We do not charge to provide our services and the benefit received is a taxed benefit that is paid to the IRS. After the IRS processes your payment, we notify our customers by mail and email with a copy of the receipt. Then the check is mailed to the creditor on the Bill Pay application.

On further note, this customer emailed us verbatim "Please stop sendinf6messages" after we responded to the customer in an effort to resolve his queries. That is a clear indication, along with the strong allegations against our company, that the customer no longer needs his account with us.

The strong allegations and the manner in which the customer has liaisoned with our Customer Service team are grounds for account cancelation as stated in our policies on our Terms of Use webpage.
