After reading this post  ALL I CAN SAY UTTER GARBAGE!! I have used Mr Arnold' s service on more than one occasion..I would recommend him to anyone who wants a total professional work on the their case.
He was efficient , honest, no nonsense.  His credentialS  ALL checked out.  I could not have solved my personal issues with out  his VERY PROFESSIONAL HELP!! 
 
THERE  ARE TIME WHEN ONE READS  A REPORT SUCH AS THE ONE I AM RESPONDING TOO  .. THAT ONE MUST.SAY MADAME YOU DOTH PROTEST TO MUCH" PLEASE LOOK AT OTHER SITES AS WELL.. YOU FIND THIS  REPORT IS A LOAD OF CRAP!

I am also familiar with Jeff Arnold. He is NOT an ethical person and he does NOT adhere to ethical business practices. There is a paper trail to prove this and I do believe that he took advantage of Nikki. I am sorry that this happened.  If he is telling the truth, he should present evidence.

It is up to you to prove your innocence. Whoever "anonymous" is, they have not addressed the issue that "Nikki" just might be telling the truth. You can prove your innocense easily enough. If you are a professional, you keep records; this can all be proven. I would encourage anyone on either side of the debate to prove one way or the other. Let us refrain from insults and handle this like adults.

I believe this report is a hoax and I requested that the poster provide some kind of proof that this transaction even took place. 

I'm not expecting a video taped confession here, but some kind of proof that she isn't just a ticked off ex-girlfriend would be nice.

Regarding the comments by "Robert" on the report. What kind of "proof" can Nikki provide on this website? How can a consumer complain successfully? Let the buyer beware and "investigate" this investigator before possibly being taken for a lot of money.

Can Mr. Arnold provide Nikki this itemized report that she requested? The law requires that he does. There should be some kind of evidence that work was performed. How can Nikki show that it was not? It seems that Mr. Arnold could resolve this very quickly if he did the work.

YOU SHOULD HAVE GONE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY BUREAU OF PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES FOR THE STATE OF TEXAS...THEY HAVE A WEBSITE AND YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE AN INDIVIDUAL SEARCH TO SEE IF THIS GUY IS EVEN LICENSED AND REGISTERED AS A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR.

YOU PAID HIM MONEY FOR THIS AND YUO SHOULD HAVE SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH YOU AND YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST GOTTEN A WRITTEN RECEIPT FOR YOUR MONEY FROM HIM.

In the event that you become aware of a potential criminal or administrative violation of Chapter 1702, Occupations Code by a licensed or unlicensed company or individual in the private security industry, you may submit a written complaint to the Private Security Bureau. You may submit your complaint in any of the following ways:
