Mr Anderson called three times and told me I had won 1,5 million from American Cash Award co.  . He indicated he is the CEO, Manager ,  and this is not a fraud deal, but the "truth: Tolf me to go to Western Union and wire them $200 for a charge thay were to collect re: Irs.   This is could be wone fro any shopping trip to Wal Mart or a number of organizations where I might shop (K-mart, etc.)  No phone Number identity .  This is the 3 time I have been contacted by this same organization, but the last time they were representing Publisher Clearing House.
