 This company came out to help get garage door opened and then closed, Stated they couldn't do anything for the panel at this time, would have to order a new panel. Began by cut the cables to the garage door, got the door open then down only by me helping. This is where my problem and feeling of untrustworthyness towards the company came from, they forced me to pay 100% up front for their service before they would order the garage door panel, well I want my garage door to work so I was forced to pay. I do home sales and never take 100% payment, not even if the customer wanted to. Then I was told the panel would be in on Friday morning and the installer would be out to install, NO SHOW, NO CALL. So, I was forced to call, found out they coudn't be out on Friday, the panel hasn't even come in yet. When questioned, i was transferred to a warehouse worker who was the rudest person I have ever spoke to. For a matter of fact, if he worked for me in my warehouse and spoke to a customer that way it would be the last time working for us. Then the afternoon went on, a call comes in, Sorry we can't get your panel, our manufacture can't get it. Well, if they found this out on Friday, they could've found out on Tuesday. Now here it is 1 week later and because of this company, their lies, and them being untrustworthy I am still without my garage. By the way, my funds were taken in one day, but according to them it takes upto 5 to 7 days for them to refund. Makes you wonder doesn't it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
