American Cigar Ripoff, Total fraud, deceit, ignored e-mails/calls, lied constantly, sends old dry cigars, offers a guarentee and then laughs at you. Colorado Springs Colorado

Purchased a Cigar Distributorship with a guarantee of 3 cigars sold per day, per location. The order I received was not what I purchased as they substituted cheaper cigars for the more expensive ones. They partnered with a locating company that could not locate the 40 humidors purchased. Nor could they put them in the locations they said they could. The 40 humidors were defective, did not close properly, to keep cigars fresh but carried a 1 year warranty which was not honored, neither was the 3 cigars a day gurantee.

The cigars shipped to me were dry, brittle and beetle infested. After countless e-mails, phone calls, the CEO instructed me to send him proof of the defective humidors and he would refund my money. I overnighted the humidors and never heard from him again. I want to locate every distributor who did not receive their 3 cigar a day guarantee and make this man pay everyone he has taken advantage of. His offering is total fraud.

Another point that upset me was their marketing of their cigar, stating it is the best cigar to unroll and re-roll for blunts. This company is adding to our already large drug problem, focusing on collage students as their main marketing target
