Beware of this scammer, it is NAJIA JALAN. She has run various scams for mortgage assistance and foreclosure scams. She apparently creates fake people to use as covers. She keeps creating new scams once the olds ones are discovered.
She took me in another another scam and I was almost caught again until I recognized it was her again. There are no attorneys and no real office. She is on the run since being arrested last year.
This new company American Consumer Law Center is another scam connected to United National Mortgage Protection center. They claim they are only selling a packet but the packet is poorly done and basically tells you that you need to give them thousands to save your house. There are no attorneys and steals identities to set up bank accounts. She has done under other names before. If you look up National Legal Help Center, Helpwithmylender.org, HUDmortgagehelp.org, and many more. She has done it all.
She literally has no conscience as she cannot stop ripping people off. Do not use this company and stay away from her. Najia Jalan will continue to rip people off until she is arrested and put in jail. She ruins people's lives and doesn't even care. Stay away unless you want to give money to a total scam.

Najia Jalan aka Sarah Parker cannot stop herself. She keeps changing the name of the company and website but still is the same.
She changes the company name every time a rip off report goes online. She choooses common names so it is hard to research her but it is all the same. She is a scammer.

Hi my name is Tom Peterson and I'm the current landlord for the 9891 Irvine Center Drive Suite 110 Irvine Ca 92618. The company renting this unit is a Law Firm owned by a few Attorney's. They don't have any employees or owners by the name stated in this compliant. The address 9891 Irvine Center Drive is a Buisness district with over 50 different law firms and medical offices.

I came across this complaint online. I'm not connected with this company nor have I been in this industry for a while now. This is a FAKE complaint which shows it was filed based on AZ timezone but the compliant header states Los Angles.
This is a FAKE complaint, I don't have any clients I'm working with. It states that I open Bank accounts under Clients name's... If you had even a little sense of intelligence you would know that this is impossible.
I currently work at a Car Dealership and I have nothing to do with the Mortgage Industry.
