American Credit Assistance They tried to get my Visa or Mastercard Number and expiration date by telling me they could reduce my present interest rates. Miami Florida

I receive multiple phone calls from these people.  When I ask to be taken off the calling list, I'm continually passed to a foreigen sounding agent who wants my credit card numbers and expiration dates.  

The offer is to reduce my rates down to 3% because they run the credit card companies and can freely change my rate.  I've asked or attempted to either verbally or digitally be removed from their calling list.  It has never worked.  Their calls are extremely annoying.  I DO want to be removed from their calling list!
