Mr (dirty dog) R.C. Cowan represents american Credit Card Processing Corporation. He takes checks for the company in his name to process the customers application. He then goes to the bank and cashes the check before the application is even approved. If the application is not approved he keeps the customers money for his personal exspences and that of his wife who travels for him as well.
He uses the face to face local service approach to gain your trust, this is to say he will be close to help with your account. His unscrupilious practice of sending his wife to commit a sale, I quote (My wife will becoming to meet you on tommorrow. You will like that she looks a lot better than myself.
