American Credit Finders ripoff Tremble Missouri

After reading the business section of the kansas city paper, I found everyone who was scammed was mislead. Greg was never arrested for any charges. Actually Vicki Ross did file a suit but Greg bought his way out of it. You can go to the kansas city website and read all about it. After everything that happened he got away with it all

I talked to Vicki Ross from the AG's office. She is doing an investigation and they are getting ready to file suit against Greg Atherton and his many alias'. It is very important that everyone contact the AG's office in Missouri to get this taken care of.I may end up having to testify in the court case yet. If anyone and everyone who has had a claim against this person files a complaint with the State then the State's case is stronger in getting more money back for us.

I just got a call from Vicki Ross at the Missouri Attorney General Office. She asked me to fax or email her all related coorespondences, contracts, and copy of payment to ACF. She informed me that Greg Atherton and Justin Tyler, who we all thought were one is the same, but Justin is actually a friend of Greg's.

Apparently, these guys have been apprehended and ordered to pay restitution. She is working on getting our money back for all those scammed by ACF and Greg Atherton.

Please I beg of you contact the State of Missouri Attorney General's office. The lady who is handling all of the complaints regarding this company is Jennifer Zargoc. Her phone number is 573-751-6887. She has over 10 complaints so far and needs everyone she can get so the AG will close this company down and prosecute this man. Do it tomorrow. You can also fax her your documents at 573-751-7948. Tell her the complaint # is 2005-12443 and to add this to the list of other complaints. Please do this tomorrow as state is closed today.
