We started this debt consoladition program five years ago , witl Michael Lupolover's office.Everything went smoothly , we were able to pay a monthly payment into our funds, and we had one agreement with one of our creditor that we pay back our

debt by monthly payment , $100/month. It was fulfilled by RAM Services , a third party. We never authorized them -and it's very important-, the debt consolidation company did it.

Sometimes Lupolover had sold his business and our case went to American Credit Shield.I'm not sure how did it go , it's impossible to follow , there was another law firm too , before ACS , but they are somehow connected to ACS...

Anyway , in 2014 our largest creditor , Chase wrote us  to let us know that they no longer trying to collect our debt. When I called ACS , they said that it means that we can stop a monthly payments because this is the end of the program. At that time we had  $10,153 in our reserve funds at RAM Services and we still owed a little bit over $7,000.00 to HSBC.

I was on the phone with their representative , Kara R , and she specifically told me that I don"t have to be worry about anything , there is enough money in the funds to cover everything , I don't have to pay for this service , because I already paid for it(it's true , in the first month's payments went for  service fee) and everything looked bright.I had to sign a document on the Internet, and she was pushing to do do this, to do that , I had no time to read a whole package , besides she said she can't give me access to the DociSign documents until I sign it.True , there was a indication that I transfer the reserve money to their office , but I assumed that they will pay HSBC with it.

Now , 6 months later we started getting notes from a collection agency for the HSBC debt , and they want to take us to the court.

I sent E-mails to ACS about this matter, never got an answer. When I called them , the girl said that the $10,000.00 is their fee , for repairing our credit.

Whatever I said she just kept repeating that they are working for us and that is their fee for the work...blablabla....and that paying off my creditors was MY responsibility (and this is why important that THEY ordered to send payments from my account , not me) when the previous women told me specifically that I don't have to pay for anything because we already paid the fee and that they taking care of everything to close the program.

Here I"m , diabetic , with a hearth condition , badly in need of a major-major dental work and they stole our money , because

I think this is it.

I'm sorry if my grammair is not perfect , but English is my second language.
