American Credit Solutions ripoff & a deceptive company Tampa Florida

I was told I'd receive a $4,000 credit card in 30 days after a $199.95 was removed from my checking account on 5-17-02. I have yet to receive a credit card.
When I call the phone number on the non-usable platinum card with no MC/VISA logo on it, it gives a customer service number of 800-470-0907 which has been disconnected.
The original number confirms I have a credit line of $4,000 though! Would love to get back my $199.95 ~
