American Custom Golf Cars (ACG) ACG COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND A OVERSEES SCAM Chino California

I can now be added to the list of those screwed by this organization and one of its dealers located in Minnasota. It has been 10 months since I placed orders for two of their products including deposits and todate they have not delivered and provided months of lies and excuses which I have records of from day one. They now do not respond to my e mails or calls.

They appear to be 100% frauds and I have now filed a fomral compalint with the FBI, State of California Authoities, Minnasota Authorities (dealers location), CIA and enitiated felloney complaints against both perties, in both states and at the Federal Level. I was a fool to try to do business with them without checking them out fully, but if I have anything to do about it I will see to it that they are behinds bars. Stay Away, they are crooks. 

This report is an obvious hoax that was posted by a competitor or someone who seems to have a personal issue with us.  Specifically "Charlie" from Beverly Hills says that he purchased a car from us "due to tax incentives and wonderful gas mileage".  In 2015 when "Charlie" purchased the car there were no tax incentives for the cars in place any longer as they had expired in 2010. Also, since 2001, ALL OF OUR CARS ARE ELECTRIC, so there is no "gas mileage" and we do not now nor have we ever advertised or posted any such "wonderful gas mileage."  

As far as the claim that the car was sold in used condition we would invite "Charlie" to provide proof on this, or even proof that there ever was a transaction between us, as a manufacturer we do not sell used cars as we sell cars to dealers, then they sell cars to the consumer.  The cars are built and assembled here in Chino, CA and we have a strict open door policy for anyone who would like to come and see the cars both finished and in the process of being built.  As with just about every assembled product in the world, there are parts on the cars that are sourced from all over, but mostly from the USA or US companies. 

I'm not sure if the nationality of the owner or family of any company has any bearing on the company or products and we will not respond to this.  Not only are the names and associations incorrect the comment is borderline racist.
