As the days go by (365 plus), I despair that you will answer my questions; respond to my many emails, find parts to fit the wrong product you supplied; give me a refund of my money; ship me the correct parts for my vehicle; or honour your own company pledge of customer service satisfaction.
I have tried to be patient and give you every opportunity to resolve this problem with the product you have supplied.For a man your age and the number of years you have been in business and the turnover your company makes, I connot fathom why you are so blase' about maintaining your company reputation in the motoring industry.
I have been ignored, forgotten and ripped off.
