American Debt Counseling Took my money out of account, but never dispursed to creditors. Sunrise Florida

 All was well with American Debt making payments with creditors.  I received a letter stating my account had been transfered to another company.  Noticed my June, and July payments were taken from my account, but never dispursed to my creditors.   Called the number for American Debt, and was rerouted to Financial Help, who was who my account was "sold" to.  They said to give American Debt 30-90 days to make final dispursements.  Still have not seen any activity.  Called on October 15,2013 to find American Debts number disconnected.  Called Financial Help, and they informed me that American Debt had indeed closed up, and I should take matters up with my bank, that they were not responsible for the actions of American Debt.  Called my bank, and was informed I had only 60 days from date of withdrawal of funds to dispute.  Now out of a total of$772.00.  Anyone know of any class action suits against these thieves??  T Cummings, Ohio
