American Dental Care ripoff they will lie to you to get your business Houston Texas

A dentist staff worker at Accent Dental Group in Pearland Texas recommended I use this company (American Dental Care Inc.) to get discount pricing on dental work from Dr.Franks working at Accent Dental. Around the end of November 2004 a woman from American Dental Care named Lisa signed me up over the phone for this program. I had about 2 or 3 different telephone conversations with her. In one of those conversations she told me I could cancel this dental plan at any time and restart it at any time on a monthly basis.

I called to enroll a family member in a similar program on Feb 4,2005 and during the course of the conversation I found out these people where telling me I was under contract for one year and couldn't get out of that contract. I disputed this with about 3 different women on the phone and they said I was stuck with having to pay for one year. One of these ladies was real rough with me on the phone so I had to hang up on her.

Later during that same day a different lady from American Dental Care called me and when I told her I had to hang up on one of their workers for talking to me rough she went into putting on a act of trying to apologize and then insulted me trying to see to see if I want to go on and sign my family member up with them. At the end of this conversation she said I would be dropped out of the program. I gave her a very serious warning that she should not mess with me and hung up. I promptly filled a complaint the same day with the BBB.

American Dental Care called me up a few days later and tried scaring me by telling me that they read the report I filed against them with the BBB and they found it disturbing and then tried telling me again I was under contract and I had to pay up, so I just hung up .These people at American Dental Care never seem to acknowledge that I am saying their employee lied to me about the fact that she told me I could cancel this dental plan at any time and restart it at any time on a monthly basis. They seem to think it strange that I am angry that I have been lied to and treated like a idiot.

Instead of being disturbed at the letter I wrote the BBB about American Dental Care they should find it disturbing that they have such bold liars working for them, but I guess they all a bunch of liars and they don't see anything wrong with that, and they all just want to cover up what happened.

I have since filed a complaint against Accent Dental and American Dental Care with the Pearland, Texas Police Phone 281-652-1250 .The Pearland, Texas Police Officer help show me how to get this problem brought before the civil court in Pearland so we can get a judge to decide what is going on; he also showed me the procedures that would be helpful if I picket these businesses.
