American Design & Construction Group, LLC The owner owns another business called Dalton Flooring Designs I think this business/owner ran a homeowner insurance scheme Woodstock Georgia

This company was hired to perform what I thought was mold remediation. I think that verbally we entered into an agreement to perform the mold remediation in the basement and garage areas of the home. Rather than bill the Homeowner Insurance for Mold Remediation, the owner told the insurance company nothing about mold and billed under Water Damage which would allow the owner to get away with not fully completing the work.

The owner of the company billed the insurance company State Farm for about 7200.00 dollars for work he didn't even completely finish. Today, the basement and garage still look like a construction site. I think we were forced to pay him the money coming from the insurance company. Even though this was an insurance claim that did not stop the owner from demanding payment immediately. The owner demanded payment while we were waiting for the checks to be signed by the mortgage company. He then placed a lien on the house.

Then he files a lawsuit in magistrate court; After further research, I found out the owner Christopher A Clark has a list of felony convictions for Burglary, Forgery, Theft by Taking and Abandonment (of his own son Jason Clark); He also has a history of billing for work he has not completed fully. He even admitted to it in court documentation. I think he began building a case as soon as he got to the house. I had a very bad experience with the owner Christopher A Clark, Jr/American Construction Design, LLC. Very Disappointed!!
