I contact this company to have my alarm system converted, When I contact the sales manager Mr.Ben Price he was very polite and talk me in to by the converter.
When I got the piece I call to ask for help in how to install, the customer service person was very rude and ironic, talking with me with technical words, well to make a long story short, this business guarantee if they do not convert your alarm system they'll install a new alarm free of charges...

Well not so free, after I asked for the alarm, we do have to pay $75,00 for (Believe me) shipping and handling!!!!!

Well, I then decided to cancel the deal, and after a lot of work, talking with a lot of customer services representatives, and after one hour, I got the 2 sets of eight numbers codes they request, I fill out the form, send it, and 10 minutes later I got a e-mail from my bank letting me know that The American digital alarm Kirkland withdraw $199,95 from my banking account.

button line: Instead of getting a refund of $137,00 (That was the amount I paid)
They withdraw more $199,00

When I call to discuss that with the Sales Manager,Mr.Ben (Hight)Price he was very RUDE and start screaming!
During the hole process of cancellation they never tried to convince me of changing my mind, and never asked me why I was canceling!!!!
Clearly they did not wanted me as a Customer, they only wanted my money!!
