American Dream Alliance, aka Tax Lience Apprentice, is one of the biggest scam on the internet. This company also conducts business in many other names. The sales person who conducted this scam is Nick Peppelaar

This company sells the so called 'Mentoring' service. They charge you tens and thousands of dollars for their 'Mentoring' service program and promised you to make a LOT of money in tax lien, tax deed, and other types of real estate transactions.

In the beginning, they'll lure you into the program by making you think that they are extremely selective as to who can attend their program. They claimed they only select the most motivated and intelligent people into their program so that they can train these people to make LOT of money, and in return, these people can offer testimonials proving that their 'Mentoring' program works.

They also claimed that they'll guarantee you to make enough profit in your first transaction to cover all the investment cost you've put in.

Of course, none of these turns out to be true. There's nothing they guarantee about except charging tens of thousands of dollars to your credit card.

Please be aware, this company can offer any warranty or guarantee they want, but they will never carry out their warranties.

I end up spending more than a month of my time calling this company to get my money back; but no one ever called me back or refunded me.
