We hired this company after THEY showed up on our doorstep staing that we had visable storm damage to our home. After filling out the necessary paperwork, they came and replaced all the siding, garage roof and all our gutters. A few months later we had leaks in our ceilings and noticed many construction issues. We have been calling them out to address these issues time and time again as we find more and more issues. To date we still have 2 windows nailed shut and can not open them. We have duct tape holding 3 windows in place (storm/screens) as they just fall out of the frame. We have sagging siding in many areas around the house. We have gutters falling away from the house.
There are places that they completely missed the siding when nailing it up. We have damaged siding around 2 of our entry doors. We have damage to the exsiting house from when they removed the old siding. We have mismatched window frames. In the past couple of years, they have sent someone out to do one or 2 things but these issues still remain and they refuse to correct them. They set up several apponitments over the past few months but have never showed up and are now saying they have no intention of fixing them. We are now stuck having to pay out more money from our pocket to fix these issues. I believe their issue lays with all the no quality low life sub contractors that they hire to do their work. They bid out the job and the lowest bidder gets it.
We are still finding nails all over the yard and they did $1,500 worth of damage to my husbands car and my neighbors truck when they were working. They took it off the bottom end of our total owed, but it never should have happened in the first place. They never took care to insure the materials they were working and done with got disposed of properly, we have construction debris all over and as far away as 6 houses down from us. After getting calls from the neighbors we had THEM come out and walk up and down the street cleaning up all the debris. We are both business owners and could never treat our customers this way. Horrible customer service and do not stand behind thier work at all.

Update: After filing our complaint with BBB and posting negative reviews on the internet, they trespassed on our property. We had 3 prior appointments set up for when we could be home for them to do the work, and they blew us off without even a phone call. Last week they showed up when we were not home and my 16 yr old was home alone. After she called us in a panic as to why men were messing with the house with us not home, my husband called the main office and asked them to tell the crew to come back when an adult or ourselves would be home. They said no, they said they have no intention of ever coming back and ever fixing all the issues ever again. So we are stuck with nailed shut windows and duct tape to hold out windows in place forever. We agreeed to have the work done in 2011, it took them months into 2012 to complete (lack of a better work) and have been fighting with them ever since for numerous issues!
